I must say, guitar noise has moved my guitar slinging career to a height i thought impossible. At the moment I am finding it very difficult understanding Scales. I have comb the guitar noise site for a lesson on a basic, simple, ordinary language explanation on what scales are, why write numbers on six horizontal lines and some times five lines, why do the numbers cascade towards left or right. Its all very confusing. So can you just post a lesson on "Guitar scales for dummies" or basic "Tabs and scales lesson" for the musically Unschooled - Even the lesson on learning to read music was not helpful to my situation - please HELP!
