		<description>I&#039;m not entirely sure what the rules are about taking instruments in the cabin. Maybe someone with experience can chime in? I suspect each airline has their own rules. Nowadays it seems you have to pay extra for everything. If airlines insist on a surcharge for baggage they should be extra careful with it.</description>
