Tech 21 Trademark 10

has anyone here ever played through one of these? i got one for a steal from a guy i connected with through here... it's an awesome amp... totally gigworthy (through a PA, that is), my only concern with it is the single-channel... i'd like to set up a clean fender tone on one channel and a dirty mar...

the hum is a constant issue on the OD channel... it doesnt sound like 60 cycle, and i get the exact same noise with both of my guitars... its not in my effects loop, its the amp... im nearly positive its a grounding issue... we'll see.

yeah... actually, my amp is about 10 feet from my stereo, so THAT could add to the buzz (although it does it when the stereo is off as well...)... and i totally understand what you mean about the buzzing being louder at higher volumes when not playing... but i believe that that's natural... im gonna...

buzzing from my marshall

hey guys, ive got a marshall mg250 dfx, and i notice that on the OD channel, with the volume up (the VOLUME, not the gain... i could have the gain all the way down and it'd still happen) i have a horrendously loud buzzing noise... and it gets worse the louder the amp is... and its louder THAN the am...

yeah... well im a PC technician, so i could figure out the whole connectivity thing... no matter how ya slice it, it'd be better to have the CD drive... im still thinking about it... i'd really like to start recording, but i dont NEED the VF-80, but for the money, i think its my best bet... we shall...

hey guys... im currently looking for a multitrack recorder, and i had someone offer me a fostex vf-80 for $350 plus shipping... he says he hasnt used it much and that it comes with the adapter and original instruction manual... it comes with the integrated 20 gig hard drive, but this particular one ...

i love my Ibanez CF-7, cuz its SUPER versatile, but i dont use it much cuz im not too big on modulation effects... lol. but im not a big pedals person either... my TS-7 gets alot of use, so maybe its my fave... i dunno.
