attaching pickup covers...?
to attach a pickup cover to a humbucker..do i just slide it on top the uncovered humbucker..or something? i've read that in some cases you do, and in other cases, you need to re-wax pot the pickup, or do something far more complicated which one is it? how do i properly attach a nickel humbucker cove...

on my epi lp, i'm planning on upgrading the nut. i was looking at replacement ones at stewmac.com, and i'm stuck between choosing a bone or a tusq nut. what are the advantages and disadvantages of each? is one of them generally "better?" what about the slip stone/ delrin nuts that stewmac also offers?

i just bought the pickup selector plate. the one that says "rhythm" and treble" and i was wondering...how do i actually get it on? do i just pull the old one off and slid the new one in its palce? or do i need to unscrew the pickup selector or something?
