Thinking of taking up violin

Post by GrungeSunset » November 23rd, 2014, 3:18 pm

With the injuries I sustained from a car accident, I'm finding it more and more difficult to hold a guitar. I've been thinking of taking up the violin and getting lessons and was wondering if anyone knew how well the skills from guitar translate.

Thanks!

How about mandolin instead.....
The same tuning as a violin.....
You could relate more easily...
It is also backwards guitar, kinda......
Look at the tuning.....G-D-A-E

Whatever you choose....good luck!!
