No, he's not. He and Elvis run a truck stop in LA. Janis sings there nightly.

And Buddy and Roy stop in regularly to say "Hi y'all" - and Duane Allman was spotted in there last week, eating a peach.....

1)What was Billie-Joe Armstrong's first guitar? Fernandes Stratocaster copy
2)What did he call it? Blue
3)Who Gave it to him? his father
4)What was Green Day Called before they made 1039 Smoothed Out Slappy Hours? Sweet Children
5)What is the song Wake Me Up When Septemeber Ends about? Billie Joe Armstrong has confirmed to the mass public that the song was written as a memorial anthem about his father, a jazz musician and minor league baseball catcher, who died of lung cancer when Billie Joe was only ten years old.
6)How long did it take Green Day to record 1039 Smoothed Out Slappy Hours?
(a)10 Mins. 39 Secs.
(b)10 Hours 39 Mins.
(c)1 Day
(d) 2 Days
It is a compilation of old material, so "record" is probably the wrong term here. They actually compiled the album over a period of 5 days.
I started with nothing - and I've still got most of it left.

Like I wrote, they compiled it over a period of 5 days, from 29 December 1989 – 2 January 1990, it's possible that they only worked on it for 2 of those days.
