When you tried to use a stapler as a wah-pedal.

(not that i've done it yet, but i'm sure I will in a lapse of idiocy)

When you jam with someone and they set up another time to jam right there on the spot.

You feel a strange, and previously-unknown kinship with the freaky-looking guy wearing the dangling guitar ear-rings.

When not only what you playing sounds good to you, but the Mrs is filling in with the vocals.......

When the next door neighbour thinks what you're playing is crap, and said pea-brain is driving around in a car with bigger speakers than its engine, and everything he plays is about 204 beats a minute and goes "dum - tssssh - dum - tssssh - dum - tsssshtssssh" - now I know I'm on the right track!!!!

I saw a "What Would Jimi Do?" T-shirt - there was a pic of some vomit under the text. Pretty tasteless, but still... (there was also a "What Would Kurt Do?" that had "blood" spattered all over the writing and a "What Would Bob Do?" with a massive blunt on it... less funny, but oh well, what do you expect?)

When you always read the word "bass" as a bass (base) and not like the fish.

I can't - that stuff's worse than nuclear waste.
I started with nothing - and I've still got most of it left.
Did you know that the word "gullible" is not in any dictionary?
