My vote, too. I think Kath Reichert played that song at her gig recently, as well. Definitely a winner!

:D :D :D

Arjen, You're welcome to use anything you like from my soundclick site that's mentioned in my signature line below.

David: my vote would go to ' Saturn's Moons', but we;ll see what the majority rules.
Moonrider: Great, will check the tunes out when I get back from vacation.

That's definitely in Dneck. Hacven't really responded yet because I don't have much sense to say but I dig that tune a lot. Happy to have you along!

Some questions/suggestions: Who will put the cd together? How will it be available. Is going to be an actual cd and not an mp3 compilation or a cd/mp3 compilation for shipping and/or dowload?

Regarding the files: 24 bit wav files will bring the best results. If everybody has the capability. At the least 16 bit wav files would bring reasonably good quality. If nothing else, aiff or the highest possible resolution mp3 would work well in which case yousendit or some other file transfer sit would be best. Even bittorrent would work for this.

I'd love to have a hand at mastering the final compilation. Otherwise, I personally think Gerry has the best ears for this.

Just thoughts. Take it all with a grain of salt.

Testing 123 is all I have to offer but I'd gladly bow out for someone else.

Sorry. I need to read before I post. I see that Arjen is doing the mix.

Arjen

I'll try posting a live version of Saturn's Moons posthaste. Should be online by Friday and you can hear it's a surprisingly different feel from the original.

Peace

Sorry David, from tomorrow morning on I'll be on vacation for ten days or something. Will check it when I get back!

Sorry Hue, hope I'm not too big a dissapointment. :P As for soundquality, I don't think most of us record with equipment where it matters that much. I'll accept every format and will upload in 320kbs to rapidshare, 128kbps to soundclick (unless someone here has a paid account?) and, if it is warranted, in wav somewhere. Whatever happens with it after that ain't my descision.

Arjen,

Just wanted to let you know I haven't forgotten about this.
Smokindog and I have been collaborating on one of my songs.

If it doesn't make deadline I'll submit something off my Soundclick
page. I'm leaning toward Summer Girl. Even though it's a piece of
manufactured pop fluff;I kind of like it.
