Ah, Finally!

Post by _cloudy » July 8th, 2007, 7:05 pm

After many months of hard work, I finally have my own bass! I bought it at Guitar Center today!
It's a Squier Jazz Bass, Affinity Series. Also picked up an amp; it's a Fender Rumble 15 or something like that... it all came in a package which was ten dollars cheaper than buying them each seperately!

Anyway, I'm now ready to start practicing...
and practicing...
and practicing...
and maybe playing one of these days!

Yup yup,
Mine's the same only black. 8)
And I'm way ahead of you on the 'have a blast' part.

I've been asked to turn it down once or twice, and I've only had it a few hours!

Congrats. However, I don't recommend you try playing them through inexpensive headphones in an attempt to outsmart the sayers of "turn it down." That rattling isn't your ears. :D

You'll soon be shopping for new headphones.

Thanks!
I've been up to Minnesota for a family reunion the last 10 days, so I'm glad to get back to my bass! Not to mention my lovely piano downstairs...
oh and I can't forget my computer...
and I've got a few more Ayn Rand books to read here...

So all in all you could just say I'm glad to be back!
