NOTATION USED:

| = not a standard bar line; just used to separate music
~ = vibrato or held note
/\/ = excessive vibrato
x = percussive note with no pitch; muted note
. = staccato; mute the note immediately after striking it
t = finger-tapping; tap the note at the fret with the fret hand
h = hammer on
p = pull off
s = slide
tr = trill; play the note(s) indicated rapidly and repeatedly (same thing
        as tremolo picking)
/ = slide up from infinity
\ = slide down into infinity
<5> = natural harmonic (lightly touch the string at fret indicated)
[5] = pinch harmonic (use thumb to follow through the pick attack)
{5} = percussive snap (possible harmonic); pull on the string with your
        left hand fingers and release quickly to produce a snap sound.
