G-Force – Code Red

G-Force is a powerful instrumental band. All songs are based on the guitar and are delivered kicking and screaming.

This music is certainly in the vein of other guitar greats such as Joe Satriani and Steve Morse. Well-written and well-played. To be honest, this is not quite my cup of tea, I find the guitar should take rests, but that’s a matter of personal taste and not a reflection upon the music.

Miracles certainly offers a nice respite where the guitar becomes much more melodic and less solo-oriented.

I’d say that if you’re into great guitar works, G-Force’s Code Red is certainly something you’ll want to own. I’d just like to see more melodies in the music.
