Former Black Sabbath axeman Tony Iommi teams up with former Deep Purple frontman Glenn Hughes, drummer Kenny Aronoff (who has played with everyone from Melissa Etheridge to Meat Loaf to Bon Jovi) and Bob Marlette on keyboards and bass (Marlette has also been around everybody in the business in the past three decades or so).
The result is one great hard rocking album! Dopamine is the obvious radio song on the album, but far from being one of the best. Thing is this album is good from start to finish. It’s not pretentious in any way, just four hard rockers out to have a good time and play great music: they achieve this stunningly well with an album you never tire of hearing.
Glad to see the guys are still faring well after all these years.
