I don't open pictures that require me to download an exe file, so I'll just give some general information.
"Franconia" as a brand name has been used by at least four different makers - one each in Israel, Brazil, Japan, and Korea. The Israeli ones were handmade, and may have some value; the Asian ones were mass produced, and aren't worth much (they're not junk status, but the name itself adds no value). I'm not sure about the status of the Brazilian ones.
