Beginner DVDs

Can anyone recommend any good instructional DVDs for a beginning electric bass player ?

I used to play acoustic guitar (classical and folk) and presently play piano (beginner-intermediate) so I have a basic familiarity with the keyboard, music theory, etc.

This looks like it might be good for beginners, especially if you get the book that goes with it:

His other "primer" books get good reviews, so the bass one should be alright.
