Hello All,

Could someone be so kind to show me how in the heck to make these :?:

just start off with G

--2---
--3--
--4--
--4--
--x--
--3--

I am having some sort of guitarist block. I can play E shapes all day, but these are like playing twister.

thanks in advance

I'm not quite sure what you're asking. That chord you've shown is G major 7. Most people who use that shape play the bass note with their thumb hooked over the neck. It's not an A shape chord. G major 7 as an A shape is played
X 10 12 11 12 10.

yep, your right. I was looking at the wrong grouping.

I am afraid my hands are just too small for that. Aside from a bit a pain I get when trying to pull this one off, I just can't get it to ring out clearly.

Are there other methods beside wrapping over the thumb??

That's what really skinny guitar necks are for. :D

Otherwise you may have to settle for a partial chord.
