I have trouble making bar chords. For example, when I make F#minor chord, G is never down all the way. I have a takamine by jasmine acoustic too, is there anyway to build up my strength?

The strength will come with time, usually takes a couple months play barre chords. The one piece advice that I will give you is try to keep the finger that is doing the barre flat. You want to use the bony parts of your finger to fret.
I've been imitated so well I've heard people copy my mistakes.

switching chords is pretty easy for me. its just that my guitar has high tension or action or somethin.

Try pulling with your back instead of your arms. It is possible to get a clean barre chord with your thumb completely off of the neck (although you wouldn't play it like that normally...it's just to show that you don't need a squeezing action)
