Have a bad Q first electric guitar (Stagg fendercopy) :(
(think I can sell this for 90€)
Can buy a secondhand white Hofner flying V for 100€...
It's not the guitar-look I need but it'll play/sound better
('cause of the humbuckers and overall better).
Qeustion: do you think I should do this with the purpose
of selling the V later on when I have money enough
to buy me what I want or should I stay with the bad one I have now... :?:
Thanks for the advice

Personally, for the price I would keep the bad one and buy the other used one also. That's assuming on that day I had the money. I would then invest a little in the bad one to maybe improve it some.

If money is the issue then I would sell the bad one and buy the better one even if it wasn't what I ultimately wanted just to be able to play a little better guitar. The benefit in getting one that sounds better and feels better is that it will help you improve since playability is a major factor in "wanting to practice".

Why don't you try upgrading your gear?
Maybe a new amp or a pedal would make your sound better.

If money isn't too big of an issue than save up to get the V guitar. It's always useful to have another guitar around. Maybe one day you can lend it to a friend or something.

IMO 2 guitars are better than 1.

I don't want to upgrade it 'cause then I only have an upgraded piece of crap.
Does a V has negative points in playing it? (except for the looks)

Yeah. I haven't even tried a V but I could imagine it'ed be a beeotch to play sitting down, which is my favored playing position.
