I have just started lessons a few weeks ago and am ready to change strings on my electric. Can someone please give me a few pointers and guidelines on changing strings? Thanks!

Jim

Take a look at the "changing strings" page on my web site below and see if that helps. If not just do a search on the web for "changing strings" and you will find a wealth of information.

stretch them out when your done, make sure the saddles and nut are clean of any grime.

I've been imitated so well I've heard people copy my mistakes.
