i'm runnin a gibson voodoo les paul with a peavey supreme halfstack and a boss metal zone pedal. i've got the desired sound i want but if i turn it up to where it needs to be the feedback is rediculous. i was wondering if anyone had any suggestions to lessen or get rid of it. thanks.

Experiment with the gain/distortion level controls on both the amp and pedal. Most times a setup will sound great at bedroom levels but when you go to an actual rehearsal or gig, and the volume has to be up, too much gain/distortion will muddy everything up.

For me, I'd try lessening the gain on the amp's lead channel first and leaving the pedal's setting alone.

Hope this helps.
