I just now typed in 'blues licks' on google. a few dozen sites popped right up. the first one had Clapton's blues shuffle tabbed out. there are all kinds of sites for the blues.

You might try the Guitar Riffs listing on this site.

Musenfreund all of the riffs have been removed due to the battle with the MPA.

Did you try something like this?
http://www.google.com/search?q=easy+guitar+riffs
(obviously skipping the first couple of results for the reasons Blueline mentioned) :(

Check your local library for books... there are lots of 'em - or check bookstore/music store if you have a spare $20 to spend.

Anyone have recommendation on a book? Check Amazon for user reviews.
