Dylan - you're still writing them wrong way round. The shape is 320033, not 330023
Huh beginners eh...can't live with 'em.. can't live without 'em....
D 8)
I'm nowhere near Chicago. I've got six string, 8 fingers, two thumbs, it's dark 'cos I'm wearing sunglasses - Hit it!
The following shapes make playing certain progressions rather easy:
G: 320033
C2 (or Cadd9): x32033
Dsus: xx0233
A-something: x02233 (A7sus?)
Em7: 022033
A few more I can't think of offhand.
Just keep the pinky and ring finger anchored and use the index and middle fingers to alternate your chords.
"Everybody got to elevate from the norm."
Ouch. That hurts my eyes having the fretboard upside down. Either G is cool. Just decide which you like as far as sound.
"Nothing...can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts."
Ouch. That hurts my eyes having the fretboard upside down.
He's left handed. ;)
All I know is the 320033 is the prettiest sounding chord of them all.
I love that sound.
Hi all - Ok, I've changed the sequence now, so hopefully it looks a little more familiar now....
And yep, I'm left-handed but strum with my right and my fretboard is the normal way around
I also agree with CHeechWizard about the 320033 sounded nice - so I'm playing that one until someone pays me to change.... :D
