Can anyone help me figure out the chords in the solo/acoustic version of the latest Matchbox 20 single Overjoyed? Here's a live video:

I'm pretty sure that the song's in C... and the verse starts off alternating between C and Em. Then, I THINK there are some F and G type chords leading into the chorus?
The part I'm having even more trouble with is the chorus-- when he starts moving up the neck.
