I was wondering if anyone could point me to an instructor in north eastern massachusetts. I currently reside in Danvers around 25 miles north of Boston
I am a complete beginner and own an accoustic with a great desire to learn.
Any advise is a appreciated :D

I'm glad that this will probably work out well!
I wanted my daughter to find a teacher in Boston with reference to this post, because she likes it there and has just returned for some serious work now, but she spends too much time on the Sea, U.S.S. Constitution last year, and was supposed to redeem herself by getting us an answer here regarding a teacher, but of course poor Sen. Kennedy's funeral came up, plus she had to hang out with the Blue Jays while they get rained on and beaten in Boston.
Good luck with the playing MPJ and for John too, with the teaching. You could make a buck busking at Van Ness, while the crowds line up for Fenway? Learn some of those Boston licks while you're at it, if you can master the effects?
Like a bird on the wire,
like a drunk in a midnight choir
I have tried in my way to be free.

I typed in the Danvers zip code and got four matches.
Hope this helps.
