well my motivation is every time I pick up my guitar and can't play the notes the way I want to that motivates me to practice more...of course I will probably never play them the way I want to but hey what else to I have to do.

Nothing motivates me like getting a call from the Worship Minister to play next Sunday, with a list of songs and keys! :shock:
