Needing advice on purchasing a used MANN guitar

Hi everyone,
I've been playing piano for 10 years and I'm very interested in learning how to play guitar now. I went on a local buy - and -sell site looking for a cheap beginners guitar to try out. I found a MANN guitar with a strap, tuner, bridge and case for $200.00. I just haven't found much information on MANN guitars other than the fact that they were made in the 70s and 80s. Does anyone know anything about MANN guitars, if they are good quality and what they'd be worth, and if this would be a good beginners guitar?
