Old fashioned blues

Where can I find lessons (books, video, etc) on how to play really old fashioned blues. Stuff like you hear on Kenny Wayne Shepherd's 10 Days Out, or music like this:

they do look great - thats something i have wanted to be able to do on my acoustic for some time, great link!
