Program to slow down song without changing Pitch?

I should add to the above, that I don't think this works when you are playing directly from a CD. You have to first rip the track from the CD to your computer, and then this option should work. :?

I use a winamp plug-in called Pacemaker. It lets you slow down or speed up without changing pitch. It will also let you change pitch or speed and there's a button to remove vocals.

best of all it's free
