I've got a question for you all about my right arm placement - should I
rest my arm halfway between the wrist and elbow? More towards the
wrist? More towards the elbow?

I've tried several different locations on the forearm rest and each
one gives me a different amount of mobility.

Also, is it ok if my wrist is not exactly flat when looking at it from
above? Should I not rotate my wrist,
rather move it side-to-side, however, I find that somewhat
difficult...most likely because of the location of my right arm.

Are there any pics or references that I can view?

Thanks!

Hmm, halfway sounds about right, but you'll move your arm. The important thing is that it should feel comfortable.
When you strum, the motion of your wrist should feel like you're shaking water off your hand -- keep your wrist relaxed.

Well we all shine on--like the moon and the stars and the sun.
