I'm not sure what you mean by "easy" scales since they are all pretty basic...but here is a link with all of them: GuitarNoise Scales

Theres that, and pentatonics (5 not scales) here is like 5 patterns for them. http://www.guitarconsultant.com/pentatonic.html they are really easy, that and a basic pentatonic minopr scale (my favoirte) there is probably a link some where here on the GN website, they have everything else! :)

scales are simple when broken down.

they are notes in a line. your guitar is based on them. the frets are the important part.
your first string is an E the first fret is an F two up from that is G two more A two more B one more C twom more D and two more you are back at E.

in a way that is a scale. notice the spaces between those notes. some are two frets some are one fret.
those spaces are also called intervals.
so when looking at a scale think about the intervals.

there are many scales. each have their interval pattern and each gives you are differnet sound.

scales are good for knowing which note would work the best when you want to express something musically.

that's the short answer.
