David Hodge wrote a really nice lesson for slide. It's a particularly nice sounding arrangement of Bob Dylan's If Not For You

I was going to suggest:

http://www.tle.se/slideguitar.html

But when I went there just now the sound clip examples didn't seem to be working. YMMV,

I thought it was a great site that has a few licks in open G tuning for slide. A couple pregressions to learn, and the basic melody for Little Red Rooster.

If you can get the sound to work it might be a great way to hear how the slide can work magic with just a few short, easy, strumming progression.

My S&P guitar is Canadian.
My Strat is Mexican.
I'm somewhere in the Middle Kingdom.
