Right now I'm learning De Las Tardes by Fernando Delgadillo. I slowed it down to about 90 and play it at a steady tempo (the original speeds up and slows down between 80 and 130).

That's the part I mess up on. I barre the first fret, but my barres suck at the first fret. My barres are crystal-clear from the third fret on down the neck, but first and second fret barres always have dead strings.
