what are the easiest songs to play out of the list here - http://www.guitarzone.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=84172
or are there any other songs you can add?

You can play all the songs with a capo. Don't restrict yourself to that list. Choose any song you already know and play it with the capo, you will be playing it in a different key.
