Generally if it buzzes at the first 5 frets the relief is too tight. Just loosen it up a 1/4 turn, retune and maybe lower the bridge just a hair to take up for the increased relief.

to loose it, in which direction should I turn the iron minicrowbar thingy (lol, i don't know what's it called officially)

Righty tighty, lefty loosey! Sorry, my old shop teacher's words still haunt me! :lol: :o :lol:

Moving the wrench toward the high strings loosens (more neck relief). Going toward the low strings tightens (straightens the neck).
