Took the plunge

After 2 years of self tuition I decided to take the plunge and have a few lessons and can now play tears in heaven and sing...well sort of sing....! but it has made this golden oldie a happy chappie

I did the same thing! I started lessons back in the September. I told him 2 things I really wanted to work on:
1) BARRE chords
2) timing (rhythm)

I can play a few songs. After a month or so everything is improving, especially the rhythm. Some of the BARRE chords he wants me to pracice all really tough but.... that's what I wanted.
