I have seen alot of guitarist with guitars which ahve to fretboards what these called ? and are the fretboards different tunings or summit ?
Usually one is 12 string the other is 6...
You mean a double neck like this that Jimmy Page has been known to have played?

Richie Sambora from Bon Jovi has an acoustic double neck made by Taylor. The 12 string intro to "Wanted Dead or Alive" is played on that very guitar. Then he goes to using the six string neck. Then he switches guitars completely and goes with an electric Stratocaster before the song is over.
Even if played on a six string, that intro is a great string skipping exercise once you figure out the fingering... but it takes a lot of practice to play it as fast and fluid as Richie does... but what else does he have to do anyway when his wife Heather is away working?

I never saw a double guitar like that. Usually the necks are on the same side. I bet being born with four arms would make ya a class act. The first thing I thought when I saw the guitar was Siamese twins
