Hi

I was going through "paint it black" tab, and I came across a "chord" (not a chord technically, since it has only two notes): my finger on the third fret on the thinnest string and the open fourth string. I haven't figured out how to play this, anyone can help me on this?

Thanks

I would probably play that by picking the D string and plucking the E with my ring finger.

"Hybrid picking." Very useful technique.
