what to do to make guitar sound better?

I'm sure there are post for this already. But I got a strat affinity series with a Squier sp-10 amp. In your opion what upgrades would you make first to get better sound out of guitar.

Playing my six string is very relaxing and helps me unwind!

I'd start with the amp. I presume the whole kit came together as a package, and the cost has to be kept down so the amp is what suffers. Marshall/ Vox/ Line 6 all do good solid-state 30W amps (Vox with valves will cost you a fortune) so I'd start there.

Yeah actuall got it from a kid on Craigslist for 80 $ thanks for info

Would a peavy 110 with a emimence ramrod 10" speaker be a good upgrade

Purchased the peavy envoy 110 today. Wow what a difference it made. Also played my first real piece of music today. Really easy using tabs. Dave Navarro version of the USA National anthem. Was hard to stop playing lol.

Nice choice on your amp.

I also like the Peavey Vyper's for small practice amps. They sound good at low volumes and have a ton of effects to mess with.
