You can find it a bunch of ways... Amazon carries it, and stocks it in the US and I believe the UK as well; they also sell it as a special order in Canada. Barnes and Noble carries it as a special order, and there are some online stores that show it in their catalog (I've seen it on Target's website!), but they don't get it direct from me... they must be ordering through a distributor.

Some music stores carry it - if yours doesn't, and they're in the US, they can order from Harris Teller. In the EU, Greybeard (yeah, the GN Greybeard) is the European distributor. We've got other distributors too - there's a listing on my website at the distributors page

Or you can order it direct from me, at the link missleman posted. If you do that, there's even an option for me to autograph it for you :)
