Which acoustic-electric guitar to buy?

Hi!
I would need some help.
I’m looking for an acoustic-electric guitar…for beginners but I would rather buy a guitar which can serve not only beginners but can be enjoyed even by (more or less) experienced players.
Based on the price range I narrowed the choice to four guitars:
Ibanez AEG-15II LG
Yamaha APX-500 III
Sigma DMC-STE
Fender CD-280SCE
I’ve never played an acoustic or acoustic-electric guitars. I play a Les Paul for cca. six months. Several songs sound much better on acoustic. This is why I’m looking after one. And yes, I would like to have the option to hear it through an amp.
What do you think about the listed guitars? It would be helpful if you could share your experience, thoughts about them.
Also, are you aware of any better choice in this price range?
