A Beatles' classic. Some tabs show a G chord, rather than the G6. But the barre G6 [353453] sounds much better. It is worth the effort. Can't Buy Me Love - The Beatles

"Music hath charms to soothe a savage breast, to soften rocks, or bend a knotted oak."
Oh! how true this one is Doug (Not that I've ever had any money you understand!)
You're right it's another classic. Another for me to try over the Xmas break.
Cheers
Chris
The guitar is all right John but you'll never make a living out of it! (John Lennon's Aunt Mimi)
Note: After playing around with this awhile, I edited the last line of each verse, replacing the F chord with a G -F-F7 progression. (I suppose either would work, depending on how you sing it :D)
"Music hath charms to soothe a savage breast, to soften rocks, or bend a knotted oak."
Thanks. This song is one of my favorites.
Great song, just one little tip - that fingering of G6 is a little awkward to get to, especially from a Dm - you can always play it 320000, or a barre form I've found to be pretty workable is 355430 - E-shaped barre chord but with an open E string, E being the 6th note in the scale of G.
:D :D :D

Hey, how did I miss this one?!
Thanks Shug! :D

I love Help. What a great movie!
Nicely tabbed out there. Great song !
