Can anyone suggest some easy songs that are mostly barre chords? I'm trying to build up my hand strength for barre chords by playing a lot of simple progressions, but I'd like to play a few songs instead for a change. I've been playing Fly Away and the Acoustic version of Let Love Rule by Lenny Kravitz, but I'd like a few more to play around with.
thanks,
Brad

Wild Horses. Not sure about that, I think it sounds better using a combination of open and barred, but that's a matter of taste and not technique

Original recording, and I am going by memory here so don't hold me to it, 1 guitar in open G, 1 guitar in Nashville tuning see ( http://www.guitartips.addr.com/tip164.html and 1 in standard. Most times when you see it written out they write out the part for standard tuning

sitting waitin and wishin by jack johnson this is the first song i am learin wit barr chords. its easy and a good song
Hey all,
Most of these songs are great choices, but can anyone either tab them out or at least place the chords with the lyrics in the future?
thanks
I just find it easier to slide up and down the neck using the E barre shape...hadnt even considered using a combination to be honest, although im sure i'll have a go tonight. Like Teleplayer said its not how the original was played - more of an 'easy' version which still sounds ok.
