Hello,

It's not really a request for a specific tab, but for the strumming pattern. It is because this particular pattern seem to be in every song I listen to lately, it annoys me how I can't play it. But at the sametime, it would be nice if I'd be able to play that song anyway.

The song is called 'Ride' by the Cary Brothers.

There's 2 tabs found in UG, but I am not sure how accurate they are.

Other songs with similar strumming patterns I believe are (for these songs, I have the chords, just lacking the strumming pattern):
Nelly Furtado - Promiscuous Acoustic Version
Jewel - Standing Still
Seal or Alanis - Crazy Acoustic Version

Thanks in advance.

I strum D DuDuDu = (1 2&3&4&)

| B | B | B | B |
| E | E | B | B |
| F#| F# | E | E |
| B | B | B | E |

Does anyone have chords for Wagon's "She's Alone"? I can't seem to find them anywhere online (nor for sale) and I'm really dying to try out this song. It sounds fairly simple, but I can't seem to work it out myself. It'd be awesome if someone had chords, or had the song and could maybe post just what the first couple of chords are and I could work on it from there. Thanks.

All I want is food and creative love.

Hopefully more people will know about these songs so they can help. =)

Like to learn how to play Save Your Scissors by Dallas Green and Zakk Wylde's Stillborn Acoustic version.
Tabs and strumming pattern would be greatly appreciated.

edit: add Tammany Hall NYC - Someone to the list. ;)

Hey guys, I'm looking for some help with "Gulf Coast Highway". I think it was originally written by Nancy Griffith but I've only heard it performed by Emmylou Harris as duets, once with Willie Nelson and later on Austin City Limits with Dave Matthews. Beautiful song. I appreciate any help with the chords and /or strumming pattern to get me started. Thanks!

I just took real estate in your mind.

From Google, do these seem ok?

Hey thanks! I guess I should've gone that route first. I appreciate the help...now I just have to make myself finally learn that pesky F chord. Unless anyone has a "cheat" by transposing this using a capo? (Still learning the fretboard, so I'm not so good with knowing how things relate up and down)

C - > G
F -> C
G -> D
Am -> Em

If you capo on the 5th fret you'll be back in the key of C and can play along to the recording.

I would like the tab to "Still Waters At Night" by Joan Baez off her Gulf Wind album.
I don't know if it is an easy song or not, but I would still like to try it. Very beautiful song.

Hiyas!

Two songs come to mind when it comes to requests.
1) "Sweet sixteen" by Kate Earl
2)"1984" by Anais Mitchell (Or anything by her actually, I am completely into her right now)

For 1984, I think there's a video at youtube.com, you should check it out. I LOVE that song!
Eternally grateful if anyone can help!

:)
