Lost Together by BLue Rodeo ( minus bridge )

Well her goes nothing, my first easy song post. This one is quite easy because the strumming pattern I use is just D D D D , pretty much for the whole song. And it matches the recording. The chord changes don't match with the words they are over but that part is easy to figure out.( how do you fix that?, I saw a post once but couldn't find it ) I couldn't figure out the bridge so if anyone could help out with that it would be appreciated. Also the verse after the bridge is very quiet and maybe some fingerpicking would suit it better, but I just play it with the down strokes. Feel free to fix it where necessary.
