There is a very easy Beatles song, “She's A Woman†that I'm trying to figure out the strumming pattern for. I can tell there is Palm Muting, but, I don't know if the pattern I'm hearing is 2 guitars or one but I'll take a stab at it. It sound like D, Palm Mute, UD ,Palm Mute.
X = Palm Mute
DXUDX
Does that sound right?

Not far off - it's kind of reggae/ska influenced, so try playing on the off beat.....

"Sometimes the beauty of music can help us all find strength to deal with all the curves life can throw us." (D. Hodge.)
This must be one of the rare Beatles songs that I don't remember. LOL
From which album does this one come from ?

It's a B-side from "I Feel Fine"

Right - I had forgotten the name of the song too but I remembered some of the lyrics and I recalled how I thought I heard alot of palm muting in the song:
Verse 1:
A7 D7 A7
My love don't give me presents
A7 D7 A7
I know that she's no peasant
D7
Only ever has to give me
Love forever and forever
A7 D7 A7
My love don't give me presents
E7
Turn me on when I get lonely
D7
People tell me that's she's only
A7 D7 A7
foolin' I know she isn't
Verse 2:
A7 D7 A7
She don't give boys the eye
A7 D7 A7
She hates to see me cry
D7
She is happy just to hear me
Say that I will never leave her
A7 D7 A7
She don't give boys the eye
If you want I'll post the tab tomorrow - this is a (clip) copy from the (Beatles) songbook that I downloaded somewhere in this forum? Also, I don't remember what (US) album it ("She's a woman") was on originally but one of the takes is on Anthology 2 on disc 1.
They are coming out with another BOX set for the US Capitol albums. I'd rather have the UK versions.

I'm probably falling into a trap here Rod.
It was a B side to "I Feel Fine" I think. Don't you remember them playing it/miming it (They hated miming by the way) on Salisbury Plain dressed as soldiers in the film "Help" Its a great Paul penned rocker which never made it to the Help Album.
Here's a useful link I found:

The guitar is all right John but you'll never make a living out of it! (John Lennon's Aunt Mimi)
Here in Oz it was on the Beatles Rarities album...
Also on The Past Masters

I know a little bit about a lot of things, but not a lot about anything...
Looking for people to jam with in Sydney Oz.......
I'm trying to post the tab but when I preview it, it doesn't save the spacing?

Instead of posting the tab here is the link:

It's tabbed by PJVillanueva. He probably has the most accurate Beatles tabs on the internet.
