Check out this site. It has the strumming pattern and a RealPlayer Audio file to listen to. I found it very helpful.

This is actually the 7th (and last) pattern in the Strumming 101 lesson. If you're a beginner, you should probably do the whole lesson as it teaches most of the basic patterns and gives song examples of each. Good luck,

Mr Jones is an excellent beginners song, because basically it just repeats the Am-F-Dm-G progression throughout, with a little Am lick between the verses.
Having the strumming pattern written out is helpful.
