Well, I poke around this forum on a regular basis and I have David Hodge lessons and mp3 files coming out the wazoo, so it's time to give back. Admittedly, in a meagre way: one of my all time favourite melodies, The Love Theme from The Godfather. This is a melody only version I cobbled together and fixed with incorrect versions I found on the net; afraid I'm not versed enough in tablature or music theory to assign a key (though I think it's A minor) or time signature and the vertical lines that represent the measures are squirrelly...hopefully it's familiar enough that things fall into place for you. For you (like me) newbies, it's played down at the nut with very little repositioning of your fretting hand...A sincere thanks to the numerous people who have made this site so fantastic; cheers to you all:-)
