Hi All,
This is a great accoustic song by Jack White from the White Stripes off the excellent Elephant album. The intro sounds excellent once you've got the hang of it and in reality only uses the D, G, C and A cord shapes with simple picking and a hammer on at the end of the A run.

CHORUS:
[D]You've got her in your [G]pocket
And there's [C]no [G/B]way [A]out now [D]
Put it in the safe and [G]lock it
'Cause it's [C]home [G/B]sweet [A]home
VERSE 1:
[Am]Nobody ever told you that it was the [G]wrong [D]way [Am]
To trick a woman, make her feel she did it [G]her [D]way [C]
And you'll be there if she ever feels [G]blue [C]
And you'll be there when she finds someone [F]new
What to [A]do?
Well, you [D]know
CHORUS:
You keep her in your pocket
Where there's no way out now
Put it in the safe and lock it
'Cause it's home sweet home
VERSE 2:
The smile on your face made her think she had the right one
Then she thought she was sure by the way you two could have fun
But now she might leave like she's threatened before
Grab hold of her fast before her feet leave the floor
And she's out the door
'Cause you want
CHORUS:
VERSE 3:
And in your own mind you know you're lucky just to know her And in the beginning all you wanted was to show her
But now you're scared, you think she's running away
You search in your hand for something clever to say:
"Don't go away"
'Cause I want
CHORUS:
To keep you in my pocket
Where there's no way out
Put it in the safe and lock it
'Cause it's home sweet home
[C]Home [G]sweet [A]home

Thats it! There's some bass notes in there that I'm still trying to figure out (help!) but the rest sounds pretty good. This is quite a good one to play to a chick if you can sing, even if you cant it'll still get her in the mood.... it's worked for me anyway!

Sounds like the recording to me, I'll try it out later... And I'll try to figure out the bass notes... It'll be hard with my novice tabbing skills, though! 8) 8)
good song well explained, thanks a lot.
