I heard a really nice acoustic version of this Rolling Stones song recently, I think it is the original 1969 version.

Does anyone know where some detailed strumming instructions and tabs could be found for this song (for a beginner)?

Thanks.

Mark,
I have it posted somewhere else here. The really good tab is to play it in open G with a CAPO on the fifth fret. I can't help with the strummimg pattern except to say to hit the high in string on the upstroke like Kieth Richards.

strumming pattern for which guitar? There are 3 used in it. OR just a general one for the song?

Immature? Of course I'm immature Einstein, I'm 50 and in a Rock and ROll band.

i have never tried it but if the chords change very two beats you could try

D DU D DU

(which seems me quite good to accompany the lyrics)

or something more complex

like

dd ddu

or

D ddu

These patterns usually works well with slow songs
