Not looking for a tuner here. But when your solo or songwriting is kind of stuck in old habits an app can help (at least for me it does). So how about you guys? What apps do you use and what did you take away from it?

groovy regards

currently using this improvisation app and a Juan Hernandez Profesor from 2009

No apps, just YouTube and a load of Jazz

I have a Line6 AMPLIFi 30 amp. The app that it works with turns it into an amazing modeling amp!

I'm also very keen on Chorderator.

hey! Not sure if you're still looking for an app to help with songwriting but my uncle, myself, and my husband recently created our own songwriting app based on chord families :) We started as chord family songwriting posters and expanded to be an app and its been lots of fun! We would love to know what you think of it! Our app is www.magicalpick.com
It's on iOS: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/pick-guitar-songwriting-tool/id1283753889?mt=8

I have also found some other really cool guitar apps in the process of creating ours, I've been practicing with yousician and Ultimate Circle of Fifths to test out what they have to offer and there's so much fun stuff to practice and do!

Hope this helps!
