I want to get a pedal besides the digitech whammy pedal that goes 2 octives up. :?: I realy wnat a cheap pedal that can do that. All the other pedals only go down.

don't know, but you might want to change the subject of this post from "tuner" (tunner) to say "whammy" or "whammy pedal" since they are completely different, and some people won't bother reading your Q, as most tuners do cover higher octaves -- and that has nothing to do with your problem.
BTW, on these DSP-based (often modeled) effects, you get what you pay for. cheaper usually means sounds worse: noisier, less "real". I recommend trying what you buy before putting down the $$$.
